2-Bedroom Cabin with Loft - Loft, Rambouillet
$185.00 Per Night – Sleeps 6

4-Bedroom Cabin - La Garita
$290.00 Per Night – Sleeps 11
Rollaway $10.00 per night if available
Three night minimum stay in the La Garita, Loft, and Rambouilett cabins.
A 10% hotel tax will be added at time of checkout

Pet Deposit
Pet deposit required, refundable if no soiling or destruction by your pet. Our biggest problem is pet hair on the furniture and bedding.
Pet deposit is $100 per dog, (for Alabama, Cebolla, Aspens, Willows), $200 per dog, (for LaGarita, Loft, Rambouillet), payable by separate check at
check-in. You will be notified by Oleo Ranch after cabin is cleaned if deposit is not destroyed.
Reservations
Deposit must be received within 10 days to confirm a reservation. Two-night minimum for Alabama, Cebolla, Aspens, and Willows. Three night minimum for La Garita, Rambouilett, and Loft. A two night deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposit
refundable only on 90 days notice prior to arrival. If we can re-rent, a refund will be made. Check-in: 2:00 pm, Checkout: 10:00 am.
Payment
Payment is due at check-in. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure dated. We accept cash, personal checks, and travelers checks.
