Sleeps 4, Low Season - $165 per night, High Season - $180 per night
Rollaway $10.00 per night if available
2-Bedroom Cabin with Loft - Loft, Rambouillet
Sleeps 6, Low Season - $185 per night, High Season - $200 per night
Rollaway $10.00 per night if available
4-Bedroom Cabin - La Garita
Sleeps 11, Low Season - $290 per night, High Season - $320 per night
Rollaway $10.00 per night if available
Three night minimum stay in the La Garita, Loft, and Rambouilett cabins.
A 10% hotel tax will be added at time of checkout

Pet Policy
As owners who all love dogs we have always wanted to allow our guests to bring their pets with them to the Oleo, but after struggling over the years with the worsening problem of pet hair and other damages, we will no longer allow pets at the Oleo. Guests are inevitably hurt and angry when their pet deposit is kept at the end of their stay and even then that money does not make up for the greatly lengthened, difficult clean up that Ronnie and Barbara must do or for the wear and tear on the cabin. Plus many guests at the ranch have significant problems with allergies to pet hair/dander. We regret having to make this restriction and hope our loyal guests will understand that we want them to have the best experience possible here in the mountains while staying at Oleo Ranch.
Reservations
Deposit must be received within 10 days to confirm a reservation. Two-night minimum for Alabama, Cebolla, Aspens, and Willows. Three night minimum for La Garita, Rambouilett, and Loft. A two night deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposit
refundable only on 90 days notice prior to arrival. If we can re-rent, a refund will be made. Check-in: 2:00 pm, Checkout: 10:00 am.
Payment
Payment is due at check-in. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure dated. We accept cash, personal checks, and travelers checks.
